Our Management Team

Through my work at the birthing centre, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for families as they welcome new life. I am known for my patience, my ability to remain composed in challenging situations, and my steady, reassuring presence. I am ready and able to take responsibility, ensuring that families feel supported every step of the way.

As a member of the Executive Board, I deeply value the close collaboration within our management team. I also serve as the main point of contact for the Department of Health of the Canton of Zurich, as well as for doctors, strategic partners, and advisory and specialist bodies. I approach these responsibilities with commitment and a spirit of partnership, always aiming to foster trust and positive relationships.

I was fortunate to welcome three of my four children in the Geburtshaus Zürcher Oberland, where I experienced firsthand the exceptional care provided by the midwives. I was able to give birth naturally, at my own pace, and without any interventions. This deeply personal experience brings me great joy and inspires me in my role as a midwife at the birthing centre. It is my heartfelt wish to share this positive experience with others and to help ensure that many more mothers and families can benefit from this compassionate care.

In my management role, I take responsibility for the buildings and infrastructure, while also nurturing important relationships with our marketing and specialist networks, as well as with media partners. I approach these duties with dedication and a focus on supporting the continued growth and success of our birthing centre.

As a midwife, it means so much to me to patiently support mothers and babies throughout childbirth, offering gentle guidance and using my expertise exactly where it is needed most. The birthing centre provides a peaceful environment and the time I need to give my full attention to each birthing mother and her family, ensuring they feel cared for and supported every step of the way.

In my management role, I am dedicated to maintaining the highest quality of midwifery care and leading our wonderful team of midwives with empathy and respect. I also serve as the main contact for our partner hospitals, working closely with them to provide the best possible care for every family we support.
