Postnatal exercise courses

Immediately after the birth, the body begins to slowly return to its original state. This process takes time.

Around eight weeks after the birth, when any potential external birth injuries have healed, it makes sense to begin supporting this process with targeted exercises. We also recommend that mothers who have had a caesarean section attend a postnatal exercise course based on the PilatesCare or Cantienica method.
